Refund policy
We get it, sometimes fits vary and exchanges can’t be avoided. We love our products and want you to enjoy them as much as we enjoyed crafting them.
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Our exchange policy :
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt of package via jaggerycollective@gmail.com so that we can process your order
- The item(s) must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, still in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any exchanges that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and might result in an exchange being rejected.
- Unfortunately we do not offer returns. We can offer you an exchange or gift card if needed.
- There are no exchanges on sale items.
- You will get the new product as soon as we get the original product purchased returned to us.
- To start an exchange, you can contact us at jaggerycollective@gmail.com and an address will be shared on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation:
- Please contact us via email as soon as possible, if the order has not shipped we will gladly cancel and refund you. However if the order has been processed for courier unfortunately we cannot cancel.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as special orders or personalized items.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request to exchange the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once the exchange has been approved, you will get the new product.
